"They've had my car since January 11th it's been OVER a month! I had to keep contacting Shannon myself because I NEVER received any updates and even after informing Shannon I wasn't receiving any of her emails she supposedly sent so I gave her a different email address and I still NEVER received any emails updates! I've had to continuously call the shop for updates and every time Shannon said she'd call me back with updates I NEVER received any calls backs!! This is RIDICULOUS! I'm paying out of pocket for a rental car even though I have full coverage so that's been a joke and I've informed Shannon that I'm paying for a rental car you'd think she'd be more on top of things....This is the worst experience I've ever had!"
"Sooo professional thorough and quick! They were a gem to work with and kept giving me updates via text which I loved. If you have a rental you can drop it off there and they will call the rental company to pick it up! Hopefully I don’t have to use them again but for car repairs shop great people!"

"Horrible. Zero stars if it would let me. It is as if they just painted over our damages on our back bumper from a car running into us. They didn't smooth it out at all. They scratched our leather steering will and the car wash looked like a 5 year old did it with a dirty rag."
