"So much is wrong with this pharmacy. They have high turn around with their employees. They run out of the medicine my child needs regularly. They don't answer the phone. They fill prescriptions incorrectly which causes delays to correct, over and over again each month, month after month."
"Get yourprescriptions anywhere else. The automatic refill system is a waste of time, they call you and say it’s ready, but it’s not. So you waste time driving over and sitting in line just to be invited to come back and wait in line. Or you call for a refill because the auto refill system failed again and you find out that they didn’t even stock your medicine and you have to find someone else who does or wait days for a special delivery of something they knew in advance you would need filled. I will be looking to change my pharmacy even though I will have to choose a less convenient option."
