"This one is smaller than the big five on redwood. When I first walked in I was greeted by the associates. They asked what I was looking for and then showed me the direction of hammock straps. I walked the whole store they had a good diversity of sporting equipment and gym equipment. Unfortunately they didn’t have the hammock straps I needed in this location but that was probably due to the size and not the fault of the store itself."
"This review need 6 stars. For real Micha is awesome. I was having serious issues with a fishing pole I bought just to find out it wasn't what I was doing but something wrong with the pole. So i needed to exchange the darn thing but i didnt have my receipt. Kayla went hunting through all the transactions and found it so i could exchange my defective pole for a new one. Micha showed me which pole I would be better suited for, gave me some great advice that I absolutely used. Moreover, he went out in the parking lot with me and made sure that the pole would cast with no difficulty so my fishing trip wouldn't be hindered. All in all, it was a great experience and I'm so thankful my son was there to witness what true customer service looks like. Seriously Big 5 Corp... give that man a raise. I'll be going back to the sandy big 5 for all my sporting good needs because of Micha and the absolutely remarkable service he showed me."
