"My last few visits to LHM Honda Service department I felt that someone had worked hard to make things more organized and efficient. This time it was clear that they were severely understaffed. There were multiple people waiting outside their car for anyone to check them in, multiple people waiting at the (mostly vacant) desks inside, and the woman picking up her car had just waited 2.5 hours for an "express" oil change. Note that walk-in service is no longer allowed, so there were no more customers than had been scheduled. My oil change took two hours and when I enquired about the timeline I was informed that the tracking site I had been sent doesn't work. On pick-up there were again three people waiting for the same agent. The service package I had been buying was 60% more than last time. It is clear to me that someone is making more money by charging more and keeping the shop crucially understaffed."
