"Made appointment. Waited forever. While we were waiting, they had to deal with an upset customer. That should have been our first clue. Then, we was told they diagnosed it wrong. Then they held our car for 3 days. Then he told us they didn't have the part. And they would have to order it It's been 16 days now. We are still waiting. There is no accountability here. No sense of urgency. At this point, Jiffy Lube looks like a pro auto shop. Than Chevy does right now. So, I need an oil change. They have an online schedule system. Make appt. Got there. Was told it would be 2hrs till they were able to see. Made excuse. No one wanted to come to work that day. As soon as my parts come in. I'm done. People don't ever use this company. Ever. They are a poor example of the Chevrolet brand. Finally had to go to Park City, just for an oil change. The bumper to bumper coverage is a scam. Benefits their wallets at their convenience."
"This is one of the best service experiences that I have had at a dealership. I came in while traveling to get an overdue oil change, and was in and out in an hour. I worked with Rik and he was friendly and easy to work with! He helped me get the best deal, which turned out to be a first free oil change covered by my vehicle purchase, which I was not aware could be used outside of my home dealership. All around a great experience!"
"They offer diesel oil changes and a price that is very affordable. They got the oil service as well as a fuel filter replacement done in a short amount of time. Their communication was great. Everything cost what they told me it would. I look forward to using them in the future. Thanks"
"Ran rough. Couldn't get up to speed. Got oil change air filter and fuel filter. Ran good. Did not get air flow censor as suggested. Attending service manager polite and efficient. Made me feel welcome. Others on sale floor helped me find truck sale site to look at. Waiting room and restrooms very clean. Good trip back to idaho. Thank you. Randy."
"We called last night when we only were getting cold air from the vents, they instructed us how to drop the car off so they could look at it today. This ended up being a huge job, that was really no fun for the technician but they did it and had the car ready (detailed and everything) for me by 5pm tonight! Very impressed!"
