"They messed up my order twice and when I called about it, I was told the manager would tell the DM. Nothing happened. Called the next day, the DM told me he had no knowledge of it and he would take care of it. Got a call the next day that "The Office" approved my refund... STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!!!!"

"Came here for a team building lunch. The bathrooms were clean! The entire place is a bit dark but that's normal for a place full of TV's and loud lighted games for people to play. The table area could use a bit more light. Many different food items were ordered. Of what was ordered, those who got the VooDoo pasta apparently had the best of the foods ordered. I got the fish and chips. Fish was too greasy and fell apart too easily. The tartar sauce was a disappointment. The fries were good though. We got a nachos appetizer to share and those were really good! The Hawaiian chicken sandwich was reported to be a very good sandwich. We didn't stay for the games which was fine. I would probably visit again if I'm going to be in the area but won't cry if I never do again."

"Very good food. I was expecting it to be at least decent since this is an entertainment place. But the food is good enough to be its own restaurant. The burger and the double flatbread pizza are good. Also, the chocolate cake is stellar. As for the games - they are plenty of fun. A good mix of games to win tokens and more serious arcade style games. Good way to enjoy an evening with family or friends. The prizes require an exorbitant amount of tokens, but hey - what entertainment place doesn’t have outrageously priced prizes? Definitely an excellent place to have an evening of fun. Lastly, though I have been here many times - my favorite time to go is actually on a Wednesday night. Their games are half price, meaning you can literally play games for twice as long for the same price."

"This is the second visit for me to this location, and I have been equally impressed both times. The facility is absolutely spotless, welcoming, and overall pleasing to the eye. Food is delicious, hot, and served quickly. Our wait staff both times were attentive and pleasant. The facility has a lot to offer, and the gaming section is incredible. Everything works and is clean. No kids are running around destroying things. The place is kid friendly but not necessarily geared towards them. From what I understood, they have to be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES. No Chuckie E. Cheeses free for all here. There are some restrictions when dining with children. Everyone we spoke with was extremely friendly and accommodating. They also are a great idea for parties and banquets. They have a full staff that run and organize those things, handling all the details for you."
