"We booked a car and driver to pick up my son & daughter-in-law from their wedding venue in SLC. They never showed and we received no call. Later, I found an email saying canceled. In the fine print it stated they had the right to cancel up to 2 hours in advance if no driver was available. What a horrible policy. That leaves no time to make other arrangements. Why is would they not call? Horrible experience."
