"We had one of our company trucks that the liftgate wouldn't go all the way up, the driver was a block away, so I called to see if they would give him a Jump Start, they told me yes, if he could make it to them, they would hook up Jumper Cables, which would get the Liftgate up, so he could get the truck back to our shop. I didn't expect them to do it for free, I know they have to make money! What they didn't tell me, was that they were going to charge $153.37 to hook up jumper cables to get his Liftgate folded up so he could get back to our shop. It literally took them 5 minutes to Jump Start the battery! But they still charged us $153.37 for less than 5 minutes of work! We're a local company, with a fleet of trucks and trailers. Last year we merged with another company, adding to our fleet, also making it impossible for us to service our own fleet, which is why we are looking for a company to handle our maintenance. We spend tens of thousands of dollars each year to keep our fleet in good running order, had we been treated fairly, they would've had a loyal customer for life! "These guys here were AMAZING! I can say most shops don’t seem to like to communicate with anyone especially the driver of the truck they are working on, but Corey & Joe here kept me in the loop with EVERY STEP until they completed my fuel tank replacement on my KW, even took pictures of the area in their yard my truck was located and that I could pick it up anytime even after hours. Very impressed with you guys I must say! Totally recommend this shop, especially if you want QUALITY. Thank you!"
