"I had a great experience today. The lady helping me went above and beyond to get things figured out when my prescription coupon wasn’t going through. She called the doctor’s office to get the info needed for me to use the coupon and save hundreds of dollars. I was so grateful for her help and that I didn’t have to try to do it myself."

"Since remodeling the store and moving the pharmacy about a year ago the pharmacy staff has gone from average to outstanding! No more waiting forever to pickup prescriptions. Pharmacy staff that is friendly, polite and fast!"

"WOW, i have been coming here for years. This pharmacy has really stepped up their game. Mary Ann went above and beyond with excellent customer service today. Impressive. Also the pharmacist was extremely friendly. I will also add because of Mary Ann's suggestion i got both my flu shot and shingles. I have a real bad phobia of shots and the gentleman that gave me the shots, I think his name was Raven was amazing. He definitely gave me the best, didn't feel a thing, shots i have ever had. I am 66 yrs old so i have had a few shots in my life. Great job in there. I also just moved all my prescriptions from Smith's to this Walmart."

"Someone in charge of keeping meds in stock here is failing miserably. People can't go without their scripts days and days on end because " we waiting for them to come in" by the time they get in they have 4 days of back orders and they are out again. Horrible management. You are a pharmacy. When a customer drops off an order you shouldn't have to wait 5 days for the shipment to come in. Do better!"

"Filled a prescription for my son here on Friday, the pharmacist didn't even tell me but they couldn't fill the full prescription. Got home and realized there was only one bottle in the bag, called and was then told about the shortage of medicine. They told me they would definitely have more on Monday and I would not be charged again. Monday rolls around and I don't hear anything, I call Tuesday morning and I'm told they're expecting the medicine any minute and they would text me when it's ready. At 5 o'clock I call again just to be told they wouldn't have the medicine until Wednesday but my son only had enough to last to Tuesday night meaning he would miss his dose Wednesday morning if I continued to wait. Pharmacist then tells me maybe I should just call around to find the medicine somewhere else. And of course after the prescription was transferred to a different pharmacy I had to pay again. Wish they would've saved me the headache (and money!) and just told me they couldn't fill it to begin with."
