"There is nothing worse than trying to deal with the automated phone system at walmart. When you're calling to refill a schedule 2 substance that can only be refilled by talking to a human being, does the voice menu get that? of course not. What if you say "Speak to pharmacist"? The voice says "Okay......Hi, how are you?" it's not until you berate a robot for 5 minutes that you can get through to someone, who treats you poorly, for trying to speak to a human, when it is a literal requirement to get your meds refilled."

"Walgreen pharmacy sucks! First I go in to refill a prescription and they tell me I have to wait 3 hours. So I go back In 3 hours.Then Thay tell me they are out of that prescription and have to come back in a few days.Now why can't they keep up on inventory?"

"Hours say 9-9. What it fails to mention is that the pharmacists leave from 1:30-2. I left work to make a special trip on my lunch break. If I had known this I would have NEVER asked to have my Rx fulfilled here. Update your hours, not cool!!"
