"I've been taking all of my cars to this location for the past 10 years. I've always had excellent service without any repercussions. I recently bought an older VW GTI with high miles for my daughter. I had all of the fluids changed and I asked Ryan about a valve cover oil leak. Ryan the manager suggested I should replace the large PCV (pressure control valve). He stated these are susceptible to getting clogged and will leak oil. The valve cover gasket replacement is a big chore. It requires a lot other parts to be removed prior to getting to the valve cover. So I decided to replace the PCV part per Ryan's advice that day. It was a GREAT suggestion because the GTI stopped leaking oil immediately after the PCV was replaced. I've cleaned the area real well since and the oil leak hasn't returned. It saved me a lot of money not having to take it into the dealership. Isaac was the tech associate who performed the PCV replacement and did a great job. He cleaned up the engine bay and any spilled oil. Please be patient with them because it can get busy at this location."
