"This is the second time this week you have closed down before closing time. I came on Friday and your drive thru said you closed for lunch but I was there 15 minutes before closing time. So today I came and was told my prescription was put back on the shelf and to come back later. And now at 7:48pm I pull up and your sign is up again saying your closed but you are supposed to be open until 8pm. This is not acceptable. It’s not like I need a gallon of milk and there are hundreds of other places I can get my milk. I need my prescription and I depend on that. If your short staffed you need to let your customers know that you can’t serve them so we can find another company who we can depend on."
