"It's probably the worst customer service store Kroger has. From mangers, staff, to pharmacy, they are the most unfriendly non customer service oriented group of people I have seen. Green River Wyoming Smiths has better customer service skills than the Herriman location. Save yourself the disappointment and shop elsewhere."
"Went to fill out 12 balloons I purchased for a birthday. Purchased elsewhere since they are themed balloons. Why would I have to pay full price as if I bought each balloon from smiths? It ended up being over $50 since they are small foil balloons. Why is there not a helium only cost? Highly disappointed with the structure of the balloon service. Would not recommend filling your own balloons up at smiths."
"Low selection throughout store, and can the front end people do their job? I shouldn't be bagging my groceries while the head cashier jokes around with the 3 young baggers about shoes. The store is usually great, but at night, I won't go back."
