"I had my prescriptions sent here because their price was less than Sam's Club. I ended up telling them to not full any of them, and I was transferring all of them back to Sams Club. I was willing to pay over 50 dollars more for four prescriptions to not have to deal with them. The customer experience and service is bad. I usually don't complain about customer service, but it has not just been with one person. It is multiple people multiple times. I am writing this in hopes they can make changes. It is not people overreacting. Sam's Club is just as busy, and I can tell they are overwhelmed at times, but not once have I had bad customer service there. Good luck Smiths! Please figure this out!"

"This place is awful. I called for 2 days to get 4 prescriptions transferred. They kept losing it. I ran out. Then, they only gave me 29 of 30 and weren't even going to say anything on a prescription and it was expensive. Brandon also was very rude and unkind. Jamie was pretty good actually. But, she can't make up for Brandon. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, even if you have to drive an hour both ways. I am going to do just that."
"For the past few weeks, I’ve been meaning to get online. Great pharmacy and great customer service. The pharmacist with the gorgeous red hair was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I am grateful for the willingness to go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Thank you to the staff, you guys are great"
