"Randy was professional, communicative, and a safe driver. I really appreciated that he texted earlier in the day prior to my flight so that I had his contact info when I arrived easily. He provided very clear pickup instructions, and was at the curb ready to roll essentially when I walked outside. The car was clean, Randy was a safe driver, and he got us to our hotel in a pleasant and quick ride. I was super happy with the Bedrock experience - everything was smooth from booking to arrival!"

"I've worked with quite a few transportation companies over the past 15 years or so and I've never had one be on top of everything as Bedrock has been. Just as one example I had booked a round trip transport to and from the airport. On the ride to the airport, I had supplied Bedrock with the flight number so that they could keep track of the flight times (one of my favorite features) to make sure we'd be there on time. However, on the return trip from the airport back home I had forgotten to add that flight number in the request and had only placed a pickup time. The problem with this is that if any delay were to happen in the flights they would have been unaware and so many issues could have unfolded. Without me even doing anything Bedrock contacted me the day before and notified me that I had not placed in the return flight. Because they pay so much attention to each request I thankfully wasn't trapped at the airport trying to deal with a transport issue and didn't have to stress about anything. I've never been happier with a company and don't plan on looking anywhere else anytime soon."
