"I cannot say enough here to express how impressed I am with Mastertech and the staff that make this business amazing. They absolutely know what they are doing. They saved me literally thousands over the 2 other places I went that quoted repairs in excess of 5,000.00 for a part I did not need nor would resolve my electrical problem. "I came here under many good recommendations for a blown out spark plug on my Honda fit. I thought they did a thorough job, but exactly 1 year later and ~10,000 miles the same spark plug blew out. After talking with several other machines and looking through form for people with the same issue no one has heard of this happening a second time in such a short period of time. The mechanics said it was likely installed incorrectly for this to happen. Master tech said they wouldn't cover any of my second blow out which is going to cost 3k for a new cylinder head... Almost going bankrupt over shotty mechanics."

"I had to bring my car here after it wouldn't start and it was one of the preferred mechanics by AAA. They were very responsive, available, communicative, transparent, and honest from the second I called them until it was time to tell me the diagnosis and pick my car up. It ended up being bad cables with my battery and they replaced it all and tested my alternator for only $250. I will be going to them from now on for any car issue or maintenance."
