"Got a pizza delivered with 16 count parm bites and lava cakes. Our pizza had toppings we didn’t ask for on it and had random single pieces of other toppings. This is so unreal and not cool. Their store must be a real mess"

"Love dominos it’s definitely my favorite place to get pizza and wings. I honestly think when I ask for extra items on my pizza and I pay for extra stuff they definitely don’t ever give extra in my opinion so I have stop paying for extra when they never do what I ask for. But other than that the best pizza and wings place."

"First of all, the food came fast. Problem was I received the wrong order. When I called in to try to get it fixed I was on hold for over 15 minutes. Then when I did get someone on the phone the were unable to understand me. I had to repeat my order number 4 times before a long hold again. The I got Bryce on the phone. Seemed like a good kid. Said he had been there 2 weeks. It was a struggle to communicate with him as well. He informed me that he was hard of hearing and that was the issue. Several attempts to get a resolution. I looked at my phone and the call was at 26 minutes. I was done and requested information to file a complaint. "Sorry sir, I have only been her 2 weeks and am not sure about that. You can call back tomorrow and talk to a manager though." I then asked is there any additional information you think I need for that call? "Oh, her name is Fernanda." Its a sad day today when you cannot even raise a issue with an order and get it addressed. Use Papa Johns just up the street and save yourself the hassle."

"So last week I got a pepperoni pizza delivered probably within 20 minutes super fast service amazing as usual, except the only problem is that the pizza look like it was 2 hours old. It was cold there was nothing melted about the cheese it look like it had been cut 2 hours earlier it was pretty bad. So instead of being able to complain since my daughter drove down to pick it up and I didn't have it delivered I was only able to leave a review on the Domino's email. I get a phone call from someone claiming to be a partner telling me to call the store for a free pizza and they were sorry about. Well I just called to get my free pizza and Darren just told me that there are no notes on my account. So much for my free pizza and now I guess I'm going to leave a review on here."
