"110%!!! Amazing Customer Service!!! This collision repair center just recently opened and not a moment too soon. An actual Tesla-owned center has desperately been needed in Utah for years. I had an appointment with one of the other Tesla authorized body shops but it was booked out 5 months (all the Utah authorized shops I called were booked out almost a half a year to get your Tesla work repair started). Jason, my service manager, has been amazing to work with. This center was able to get the repair started months earlier than any other shop had promised to even see my car. Jason was even able to locate a steering motor that had been discontinued. He has been engaged in the repair process and has kept me up-to-date on the repair process and sent an email with multiple pictures documenting the repair. They have worked well with my insurance and has been extremely smooth communication between the repair shop and my insurance. I am sure that if I would have had Tesla Insurance it would have been a completely seamless process. I am stoked to get my Tesla back. When I do, I will update this review on the repair quality. I am sure that if it is similar to the service I have received so far, it will look like a brand new vehicle when I pick it up."
