"I had recently bought a new Ram 2500 6.7 and have only had it a few months. Dealer seems to over charge as all do. I wanted to find a family owned Diesel mechanic that can service my truck through the duration that I have it. I wanted to be more than just a number I wanted to be known and my vehicle to be worked on by the same tech. I called this shop and spoke with the ladies at the desk about my time sensitive issue. I was having issues with a DEF sensor and was on a count down. I could not afford for my truck to be in the shop for a week or more. They told me to swing in. Eric looked at the report I had ran for the codes and was able to squeeze me in the same day. Had the part delivered from Dodge and within a few hours I was back on the road. Shops are not cheap due to the price of parts now and the warranty for parts and labor. I was not ready to spend the money but I did believe in Eric and what he said. Eric will tell you the truth and if you don’t need a part he will be honest! Yes Eric does this for his living so I understand the frustration some have with price points. But if you want a face to face with a shop owner and the job done right with a 2 year warranty for labor he is your guy. I appreciate him and his team for being honest and hospitality that rainy day. "I had been having A/C issues with my 2013 F-150 and the high speed cooling fan running constantly. I stopped in this morning unannounced expecting it to be more than a coolant issue after reading multiple Ford google forums. Within 30 minutes they had pulled the coolant and recharged the system correctly telling me that's all it was and the only payment accepted was a hand shake.. I was recommended to them by a friend and have already recommended them to a co-worker of mine. Highly recommend using them!"
