"I won’t go into all the details, but Barthold Tire has earned our deepest respect. Steve could have said many things, but I only heard what was best for me. He acted with great integrity and respect. We would not have been treated the same at a national chain. You can tell when people have to do things because it’s their job. And others seem to do things because it’s their character, it’s who they are. That is certainly the case with Steve, Tyler and the guys in the shop. The company is fortunate to have them on staff. The guys in the shop mounted our tires quickly and had them loaded on the trailer before we knew it. We have put Barthold Tire at the top of our list and recommend them highly. GREAT service, fair prices, integrity and respect. We found all of that at Barthold."

"I had a great experience here when I went to have my car checked over before a long road trip. They assured me my car was ready to go and only had one recommendation of new brake pads on the rear. (Around $100 fix.) I fully expected it might need a full brake job on the rear axle and was prepared for that. However, they were very upfront about what they really believed my car needed. It did make the 2000 mile journey with zero issues. They treated me just like all of the other customers without talking down because I'm a woman. They had quick and quality service, which also left all the other customers reasonably happy, too! 100% recommend and would return for further service."
