"Called to see if they had any of the adhd/add medications in stock and I asked Mary the pharmacy technician if they had any other manufacturers and she snipped at me saying that they only had 20 tablets. I do understand and share quite a bit of frustration myself, but it is not right to take it out on other people or hang up on them when they are not finished talking. The polite thing would have been to nicely ask if there was anything I else she could have helped me with."
