"Went in to get a bed for my girls and after filling out the application he told me that it woyld be the next day before he had an answer. Understandable. The next day went back and said we were denied and he couldn't tell me why or anything else. I called Wichita for the district manager and was assured ge would get in touch with me the next morning. 2 weeks later I still haven't heard back. You would think if they wanted the sale they would be on top of things. Have good credit with reliable references and 2 steady incomes. Shouldn't even consider this place but my kids fell in love with the bed. Broken hearted kids equal low stars... Guess if I didn't pay my bills I could go get whatever I wanted. Messed up system."
