"Hung up on 6 times before someone actually answered the phone. Was laughed at when I mentioned it. Prescription wasn't ready after three days! Absolutely worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Sad thing is I am retired from Wal-Mart after 25 years of service. My career started in this store and I'm embarrassed by the lack of customer service. Time for this store and pharmacy to go back to the Three Basic Beliefs.....bet no one there can name them.."

"I ran in here late at night to pick up a birthday cake and milk for one of my friends. The grocery section was very well organized despite it being so late at night with only moderate holes in various aisles. While I did have to wait for the baker to come out (she was by herself and was in the back cleaning), I will say she did a quick and fantastic job with the text I requested on the cake. I would recommend to Wal-Mart that they have at least two people working in the baking aisle or have a bell for customers to ring when a customer is there."
