"I had my first experience with the Pharmacy side of this store this week and I am blown away. I have purchased items from the gift side for years. The pharmacist that helped me was Samantha and I can't remember the pharmacy tech's name but they went above and beyond. The customer service I received was fantastic!!! Keeping me updated throughout the day and being put on hold with the drug company for 45 minutes at a time and not giving up has won me over. I will be using them for all my prescriptions from here on out. GREAT job Harvest Drug & Gift!!!"
"I get a call the day of my second dose is due, when they told me before my first one that they would call a day before. Fail! They guy proceeds to tell me over the phone that I would need to schedule a second dose due to FDA authorizing moderna as an approved booster shot, so they might be busy. I said ok. Scheduled my 2nd dose. I arrived today at 9:56. It is 10:07, they aren't busy, yet it seems that those who use the drive thru get prioty of the counter. Did I mention they aren't as busy as the guy on the phone believed. He told me they prefer scheduled appointments. Still waiting. I don't plan on coming here again."
"The staff in the pharmacy and gift shop were super friendly. There was a wide variety of clothes, shoes, jewelry and home decor. Much more than I was expecting at a pharmacy but it's really like a boutique and pharmacy together. Both myself and my husband walked out some fun things."
"I pastor a church in Wichita Falls and have been doing business with Harvest Gift and Drug for over 8 years and have never had a bad experience there. When I needed a donation for a fund raiser they gladly gave me a great gift and even helped financially. Every time I go in the doors I am cheerfully greeted served by enthusiastic employees and had every question answered to my satisfaction. When I bought a charm bracelet for my wife and the charms came off [I opened the clasp they warned me not to open] they just put it all back together again at no charge. If you are shopping for women [sorry guys not much there for us]or need medication it is a really great business."
