"Don't use if your vehicle has more than a little dust, wont clean anything else. Very dissatisfied, I used the most expensive mode and had to go to the other car wash to actually get it clean. My vehicle wasn't even very dirty to begin with either."

"Pick truck in front jammed the machine up after I had paid $14. I used my credit card for the purchase. Machine states it out of service then it resets. I use the same card again to attempt to pay because it did not register that I had paid It would not process tat card so I used another one. I spent $28 total for one mediocre wash. I want my money back."

"I was traveling in West Texas after leaving a ranch where dust, including muddy dust, covered my LINCOLN MKT. We ate in Vernon and I did a Google search for a drive thru car wash. Upon arrival there were 5 cars ahead of me but the wait was well worth it. I chose the $10 wash and it cleaned my vehicle perfectly. Only problem was the undercarriage spray did not work. (I’ve noticed several reviews here that mention that failure. It seems the management could address that issue. I was just wondering if it could have to do with entering the wash area too early? Management are you here?). Overall very pleased with the wash!"
