"Never returned our calls or texts!!! After reading these reviews and since this guy didnt answer our calls/ texts its a good thing we went with another business in Wichita Falls. Spend the extra $$ to have a real business come fix your issues, don't bother with this joke of a business."

"Bob never returned my calls or refuses to answer my texts. Tried to get my receipt or work order in order to get insurance to reimburse. Now I'm out of pocket $300 Avoid this guy! I wished I would had read the reviews of other customers beforehand."

"This man is very untrustworthy. He came by to look at my septic tank for my RV we waited for 3 weeks for him to come repair it . He would never answer calls or reply to my text messages he finally decided to come by only to tell me it was a different problem. He was supposed to come back to do the job with in 3days later he has never returned any of my calls regarding my RV . I get a bad vibe from this man .. if I were you I would not trust providing him with money to go get materials because he will not return your call or messages and take off with your money ! He only answers calls when he feels like it and has you waiting for weeks/months thinking he will fix your RV . All of this time I have waited for this man I could have called someone else to do the job and my problem would have been fixed ! Do not I repeat do not hire this unprofessional man !!! Update ** I hired a man out of Witchita Falls that travels and repairs RV’s my bathroom is now working and great condition .. hire out of Wichita Falls !! ***. Don’t not hire this unreliable Vernon man !!!"
