"Lovely studio, very poor communication. The studio is beautiful and well kept, the dance floors are really nice, and the teachers are phenomenal! The problem is that they don't often answer their phones, even during the hours they say they are available. My sister could never reach them, so she never could sign up her son. when I signed my 3 year old up online, I didn't really know what day it would be or what time. Luckily I got and email after and we were signed up for a time that actually worked for us. So we went. Other then that they would frequently send out emails and information after the fact (not helpful) and they had no sort of yearly calendar at least that I could find (and I looked). The week of the dress rehearsals they definitely said there would be classes that week and they would be mandatory. I thought no way, but showed up with my daughter ready to dance only to see no one there. They have a huge studio so I'm a little confused why they don't have a streamlined way to get the info out. We won't be coming back for those reasons."

"I've danced at SMASH for eight years and I love it! The facility is spacious and well taken care of. The teachers have extensive experience and they each have their own unique approach to technique and choreography. The shows are rewarding to participate in because SMASH doesn't hold back when it comes to costumes and sets. What I love most about the studio is the friendly and accepting atmosphere. Many of the dancers at SMASH, myself included, are involved in other activities besides dance and our teachers never make us feel bad for trying to be well-rounded with our extracurriculars. You will find dancers of all skill levels at the studio, but the culture at SMASH is encouraging and nonjudgmental. If you're looking for a high-quality, friendly, intimate dance experience, I highly recommend SMASH!"

"We signed up for the Mommy and Me dance class. My daughter and I have done several other mommy and me classes in the Provo/Orem area and I was not very impressed with this one. My daughter didn't have any fun at all and the kids don't even interact with each other which were our reasons for enrolling. It really felt like a waste of money because everything we did was basically stuff I do at home already for free with my daughter (sing songs, listen to music, run back and forth in the room). No one talks to each other and the kids don't really get any socialization they just sit in your lap most of the "class". If I were you I'd skip over this place and go to one of the places that do tumbling classes instead, we've had a lot more fun with those."
