"The classes themselves were great. Our little one was very engaged and enjoyed her teacher very much. The communication team was a terrible experience. Communications were not posted through the parent portal. So much confusion in the end with recitals because of lack of communication. Tickets were bought for show times told. Turned out it was in the morning and everyone meant to go was unable to attend. Very disappointing. Wasn't able to receive refund for wasted tickets."
