Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

"Took over 30 minutes to get food from drive thru and we were the only car. get home to eat food and it had a funny smell. I'm like whatever maybe its just me as my daughter had the same thing and she didn't notice anything smelling funny. We both got crispy chicken salad. We start eating and I realized the funny smell I was smelling was the lettuce. It was super wilted. Had bad after taste and tasted gross. Threw both away. Waste of time and money. Would have taken it back to get refund but had threw reciept away so I don't think they would without it."

"I have always loved dairy queen! The food is usually the same across the board, but late they have been skimping me out on serving sizes and its never the usually scoop or im always missing something on the night shift members. Idk what their names are but they have given me a blizzard that has half of icecream the bottom part being just hair when we got home the icecream sank having basically no cheese cake bites in them. There was one instance where i came foward with the workers telling them they give me right serving sizing and they were calling me crazy and if i dont like it to go eat somewhere else!!"

"If I could rate it zero stars I would. The service was magnificent but the store smelled like gas like entire time and come to find out the store had a gas leak yet the Restaurant owner forced the staff to open the store and risked their LIVES just for a few hours of profits. Not to mention that one of the staff members are pregnant. It's a sad life to find out that greedy franchisees would risk a child's life as well just to line his pockets. If the owner sees this, SHAME on you."

"I specifically asked for extra gravy (2) total. Even said I knew it cost more. I was charged for it. Idalia gave me the chicken strip order box. I specifically asked her if the extra gravy was in the box and got a brushed off yes .. guess what.. not in the box. Management is worse than sonic on Sheridan. Gravy is better than chicken express, chicken is not.. overall I read the bad reviews.. gave them a chance and I’m not driving back for $1. There was no one in the drive through behind me , don’t be so rushed. I worked at braums for 3 years in my teens.. it’s not that difficult to get simple orders right."

"I would never go to a DQ for ice cream in my life but unfortunately this town has nothing else for ice cream like cold stone or baskin Robbins so I came here. Walked in and was greeted by cashier with a warm welcome. Told her It was my first time and she was patient as I made my selection. Not bad and the place was clean."
