"I wish I didn’t have to cancel my insurance with them because they have been really good with me, but because I’m in another state and they aren’t licensed here I had to cancel. Sometimes communication gets lost and they don’t log in notes all the time but other than that they were good with me! 10/10"

Even after I agreed to the policy he STILL made sure to check on me multiple times. Dustin made my experience so much better. 10 out of 10 and only a ten because thats the highest. He follows up with me promptly, lets me know if there's any issues with my account, and truly does his best to get me the best deal -- and coverage -- possible. "I called the number to get a quote. They answered the phone but did not state their name nor who they were with. I asked their name and the individual told me her first name. I then asked who they were working for and they told me Mountain America Credit Union. The responses were appropriate but were given with attitude. I then said that I was concerned that I might not be talking to a representative of Mountain America Credit Union. They then hung up on me."
"I’ve called this joke of a department three times with the SAME question and I get the SAME answer every time: “let me ask my supervisor and I’ll call you back.”I have yet to receive a call back going on two weeks now. Update: I finally got a hold of them a few a weeks ago. Told them I would not be renewing with them and to not charge my card. Lady said no problem, I’ll take care of it. My card was just charged…"
