"Terrible customer service. One of the teens was following me through the whole store. When I asked to try a pair of shoes, the attendant, a girl with long, dark hair, watched me closely, making me feel uncomfortable as if I were going to steal cheap shoes. Avoid going there!"

I called the store to make sure they were available to ship and the girl I spoke with went out of her way to call other BC Surf & Sport stores and find exactly what I was looking for. "Terrible employee experience. Young girl eyed me down like a hawk acting like I was going to steal a $70 pair of shoes. 2 teens working at the shop, one was fine but the girl was terrible. She was planted in one spot for a good 30-40 minutes non stop looking at me."

"This place is so awesome with an amazing staff. I was there last Saturday 11/7/20 & again yesterday 11/20/20 and both times the staff has been super helpful and very friendly. Yesterday I had a great conversation with Jared while buying some stickers. I didn't catch the other guys name, but he was very helpful as well when I first walked in. I drove down 45 minutes from Roy, UT specifically to go to this store after my visit last weekend where I bought a shirt and had a great conversation with sales associate that day as well. I love that these guys never make you feel pressured. They make it feel so welcome and friendly. It's definitely worth my drive and I highly recommend checking this place out. They have an amazing selecting of skate decks and gear, along with a great selection of clothing and shoes. Check em out for sure"
