"We contracted with the True Pool Company to install a Barrier Reef fiberglass pool in our backyard. The process was easy/fantastic. Ashley visited our house and examined the size of our backyard and made recommendations on where to place the pool for proper setbacks and for ease of use. There were over ten pool shapes to review and each shape had two or three different lengths and depths. We chose the Whitsunday Lounger model at 35 feet length. Once the contract was signed, Ashley managed the entire project, from ordering the fiberglass pool, the design reviews with the HOA, the permit process from the town, and of course the construction and installation. Once the pool was built at the factory it took about three days to install. Attached are some photos. We love the pool and the True Pool Company."

"Ashley, Jose, Mike, and the entire True Pool crew were absolutely great to work with! So happy we went with this company instead of others we researched. Install only took 2 weeks roughly and that is with bad weather in the mix. We did have to put our order in advance which was approximately 6 months to build the pool, but the quality is well worth the wait! We went with the Bondi 35’ which was very reasonably priced, and we also asked Ashley to upgrade our heater with chiller, extend concrete pad, UV light, led lights, bubbler, waterfall, and many other nice features. Everything is working great and the crews attention to detail is what really had us sold. They did not leave until it was perfect! The only thing I would say is definitely plan ahead for drainage/irrigation expenses or if you are building a home, be sure to not put drainage/irrigation in the backyard as it will need repair afterwards. I would also say spend lots of time figuring out if you want gas lines or electrical ran to certain areas as well and make sure to add extra extra water inlets to get the water moving towards the skimmer(s). Overall, highly recommend this company! They don’t treat you like a number and Ashley was always available for any questions or tips."
