"My grandboys had the best time here! They loved the slides and the little kid swimming area. The staff was helpful and friendly when needed"

"We just moved to the area a few months ago and heard that Iowa Park Pool/Splash Pad was a great place to go with your family. They were not wrong. The lifeguards were on top of their duties and the staff was friendly. Just an FYI it's $4/person regardless of age and a 3% fee when using debit/credit. A lifeguard told me they do a yearly pass for $50/yr per person. We will definitely be getting that pass and getting our monies worth."

"Yesterday was the 1st time I have ever been to this swim park .I would say it was very well supervised by lifeguards we had 2 young children in the kiddy side of the pool .the whole time we were there we had about 5-6 lifeguards walking around watching all the children. Most of the pictures only deflect 2 lifeguards but there was more."

"NEVER again will we have a party here. First, the kiddy pool was closed which isn't a good way to start out a 5 year old birthday. Second, the life guards decided not to even sit down in their chairs till nearly 640. Then 10 minutes later we all had to get out the pool for 30 mins. These 30 minutes ended up with the life guards taking selfies for 45 minutes. When asked a few times when the kids were allowed to swim, the "manager" told us to stop yelling in his life guards face. Never happened. What did happen when he said this was two young girls snickering and rolling their eyes. We finally get back in the pool and they are kicked back with their feet over the side of the chairs or both near the diving board talking. I'm not sure why they were even there. Worst experience for a birthday party. Is a swimming party that was supposed to be 2 hours, we were only allowed to use one pool for an hour. NEVER AGAIN below is a picture of my guest swimming and NO LIFE GUARDS in site"

"Poor customer service. Life guards are rude. Mocking customers and unprofessional. One life guard (thought he wasn’t being watched), was rudely and grotesquely dancing behind one of the moms watching her kids, (as per the pool rules “kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult”. )Then he took his post, was carelessly using his whistle to the beat of the music playing, and he was carelessly letting the chord of his lifesaving device hang around the swimmers. The establishment was dirty and smelled over chlorinated. Not a good place to swim."
