"I have a high instep so it can be difficult to find shoes that fit comfortably. Especially if there is a strap over the instep. I am also heavy-boned which means my wrists and ankles are a but thicker. If I find a shoe with straps that fit my ankle, I get excited! For me, this place is hit or miss. Not the store's fault. The manufacturer. So sometimes there many shoes I want and sometimes not. I appreciate being able to try them on instead of relying on inaccurate online sizes and descriptions."
"Extremely limited in in-store womens sandals variety and womens sandals larger than US size 4-7 and would need to order online. After a good long search I found some comfortable summer shoes for myself and a good pair pair of combat ankle boots for my daughter in the clearance section. The staff were practically nonexistent and offered no assistance until after approximately 35 minutes when I was walking to checkout. The girl at checkout was diffident and soft spoke with a mask made it hard to hear her."
