"I've never really been into shoes and I was quite hesitant on shopping for something stylish or what not but honestly I had a great experience, an employee that goes by the name Andy if I recall helped me out and recommended air max pre days which looked really good and to be fair he was very helpful especially with the many shoe terms and the variety of shoes, made it much easier to understand. Definitely would shop again! p.s Andy deserves a raise for being very kind since I was very nervous and most employees I come across are very inconsiderate."
"Went in to purchase some new shoes for my son. Staff was a bit busy and mostly helped with getting the right size. Went to check out and an employee named "Drew" who said he was the General Manager, provided horrible customer experience. He was very rude and wanted to be argumentative. I will not be shopping at this store in the future, I'll purchase from somewhere like Amazon in the future at least I will get a better customer experience."

There were a couple other people but all the workers were just standing behind the register. No one came over to help. Went to a different foot locker and my experience was much better."
