"Highest turn over rate I’ve ever seen. They say you’re on a waiting list, but then you never hear from them again. They’ll leave your kid without the therapy that they need. Save your time and look else where!"

"This whole facility is a JOKE! I had services with 2 nurses from this facility and omg I wouldn't recommend a dog for services here. The first nurse was so inconsiderate, and nasty. She would always call in at least once if not twice a week. I take my daughter's speech serious I just wish she would have as well. Also I had let her use my bathroom and she left a bloody uncovered tampon in my trash can. Oh that was the last straw for me. The next nurse they sent me was very immature. She would argue about her being late alot. She also gave my whole family covid a week ago. She was feeling ill and still came over without wearing a mask. I wouldn't DARE get any services from them. They need to do better!!"

"I SO want to give AOC a 5 star review. BUT, their scheduling department is the absolute worst. The nurses they send are great. The office however, is lacking. I’ve been promised a call from their branch manager for weeks. She’s never called. They keep sending multiple nurses to fill the same shift. I call and make a schedule request, and it’s ignored. I have numerous people texting me from the company, many of which don’t identify themselves. They call and want to put so-and-so in a shift and as it turns out, that spot is already filled. Lo and behold, everyone shows up for that shift. I am the one who has to send someone home after they dealt with Dallas traffic to even get here. The nurses get 5 stars. The office does not."

"Our current Schedule Care Coordinator is nothing short of amazing. Communication over all needs quiet a bit of work, very inconsistent if you don’t have the right person. I have to stay heavily involved regarding our schedule. Our Case Manager is very thorough. No company is perfect but communication can improve significantly."

"I worked here a week a few years ago (2019 I think) and left. This place is absolutely horrible. First let me start by saying, as I was coming in on day one there were about 6 people getting called back to the manager’s office throughout the day to be fired. That was the first red flag. The wages we offered were so low we had no room for negotiations. This is why so many people never get nurses for their kids. Nurses do not want to work at a place paying $18 to 21/hr when they can make $30/hr at a hospital in Dallas. We weren’t recruiters. We were in a call center setting that felt like we were telemarketers. We literally spam called the same people everyday. On top of that the work environment is trash. Unprofessionalism everywhere. None of the recruiters were friendly. I sat there one day without talking to a single person all day long because no one spoke to me. I would come in saying good morning and they’d look at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. They have no intentions of making you feel welcomed. It’s not a team. It’s a bunch of miserable people trying to make a buck to pay their bills while hoping to find something better. Honestly, this is a last resort place of employment."
