"Called and scheduled an appointment for a German Shepard spay. Had to schedule out three months. So had this appt for THREE-ish MONTHS. I get a call two days before her appointment saying “they don’t do big big spays any longer.” Okay, cool, thanks for the heads up. I had a cat scheduled for a spay the next week. I asked for a discount on that since they put me in a huge bind with this last minute notice of cancelling on me. They offered me 5%. Felt like a slap in the face. 5% for cancelling two days before an appointment I’ve had for three months. Wow. Thanks.. Go to skyline animal hospital for your spay and neuter needs. No issues over there at all."
"The vet has done a good job taking care of my 21-year-old cat. I thought I’d have to put him down more recently but I was told Mr. Cat has more miles left in him. I also checked him in for a week while I went on vacay. I asked them for a few extra services while I was out. The supervisor was honest and helpful with all my questions and concerns. My cat has lived this long with the good doc’s advice. I plan on bringing more pets here in the future."
