"They advise they will mark your order complete when it's really not and have you come up there after it says done to advise they haven't even started it yet.. and just clear it from the screen to make it look like it was done on time when it wasn't and then the lady in back constantly wiping her face and nose while handling the food is beyond disgusting. Tried yall again tonight 3/20. My order again was complete mess . Order thin crust with bacon and pepperoni. We got well cooked cheese thin crust no other toppings... Order parmsean bread bites and got Hawaiian pizza instead no bread bites. The brownie / cookie was made correct & delivery driver was friendly."
"Listen the Durant store is amazing! They were so understanding and helpful when the online system failed and messed everything up. The online system sent me to the automated order line where Aiden was not helpful. Hire more humans because the robot guy sucked. Anyway, thankfully the team in store handled it perfectly."
"I ordered from here about a month ago and swore I never would again but I'd heard there have been changes so I rolled the dice since I had a coupon. SO. GLAD. I DID. Best pizza I've had from a chain place in a long time. Perfect amount of toppings, cooked through but not burnt, and it was done quickly as well! Whatever the change is/was it is working! Keep it up!!!"
"I'm a school bus driver on a field trip and I had to park in an area without an exact address. The staff was super friendly and helpful with helping make my order and the delivery driver was spot on with finding the location. Food was perfect and it was delivered quickly"
