It was so nice not having to worry about accommodations, which were amazing, traveling between all the cities, all the different tours in every city we visited and even the meals. "Incredible journey of a lifetime! I had no idea how amazing Peru was. We did so much in 16 days, Amazon, Salkantay Trek/Inca Trail, Macchu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain, Lake Titicaca, Cusco and Lima sites. Roy Benitez, owner, has such enthusiasm and excitement about Peru and life in general! This, coupled with his ability to care for and cater to people, and his amazing attention to detail, makes him an excellent tour operator. He researches out the best alliant connections for tour guides, hotels, restaurants and experienced mountain guides, and is focused on improving customer experience. We were scheduled to go to Peru in 2020, but with Covid, the trip was delayed to 2021. This meant that Roy had to replan and reschedule our trip. Being one of the first tourist groups back in Peru in 2021, there were still so many complex Covid restrictions which Roy planned for and navigated with minimal disruption. Part of the Inca trail was still closed, and Roy & team restructured the trek to include Salkantay. It made it an amazing experience. I had such a great experience, I'm looking forward to a Chile/Patagonia trip with Explore Peru in 2024."
