"Good doctor, usually running behind, but that’s what you get if you want a Doctor Who actually listens to you. Really like him. Had a dispute at the end over order of things. I wanted to get my labs first, so we could then review them during our appointment And be efficient with our time and so I could get the most value for the cost. They wanted me to see them first, then order the labs and then review over the phone with his assistant. Been in the same routine for lots of years and no reason to need to see him first to get a prescription to get labs. After me insisting I get labs first and then see him he let me go as a patient. Not super happy about how it ended, especially as we still haven’t reviewed the labs that he was so adamant I get after. Honestly, I want to leave fewer stars because of the sour taste if left in my mouth. It wouldn’t be fair to him though, he’s a good guy. P.S, got my labs back, look about the same as they have for the last several years, but no doctor to review them with. - in response to the clinics reply: I already discussed this with his medical assistant at length. She was insistent that I see the doctor first before getting labs. I didn’t want to have to have two appts. Your office manager can call me if they like."

"I no longer live in the area but when I did, Dr. Brockbank was my physician and he really helped me understand that the symptoms I was having were related to anxiety and that they were always worse in the winter time. I thought I was having all sorts of problems that all came back to anxiety. One of the things he suggested for me was therapy and it helped me immensely when I finally went. Thank you Dr. Brockbank!"

"When he first started, Dr. Brockbank was great. As he's become established, he became more impersonal and even arrogant. One of the receptionists said he's 'so busy' now that he's in the stake presidency. That's irrelevant and unprofessional. The last time I saw him I said I hadn't been to him for awhile because at the previous appointment I had to wait 3 (yes, three) hours. He shrugged it off like it was nothing."

"I enjoy Dr. Brockbank's sense of humor. He spends all the time necessary to diagnose what is wrong. Very attentive and concerned. Always an enjoyable experience."
