Left voicemail 9/25 (no response) Emailed 9/25 (no response) Spoke with Alicia on 10/2 (2 weeks after order was placed) who said she didn't know why items were entered as a "custom order" when they weren't. Said items should already be delivered. Said supervisor Tiffany was out and would call next day. No one filling in for her? Said she would request my sleeves be shipped today. Just bad business."
