"I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Problem #1: When I first got my top braces on and got sent home, a day or two, I felt like something wasn't right. I called and told them I felt my front tooth becoming so lose that it felt like it was going to fall off they told me it's normal for it to feel loose and wobbly. After two weeks passed, I went in to get my bottom braces on they knew they f up and removed all the brackets from the top without admitting they f up and replaced them. The girl who placed them wrongly was a blondie named Kimberly, I believe. Problem #2: Once they removed my braces, the top teeth were still crooked, which took me to process since I got used to seeing my teeth with braces. To this day, I'm very unhappy. Problem #3: The plastic retainers are so cheap and became loose and cracked easy Not even having them for 3 months I went back to get them fixed they charged me when they were supposed to and never refunded me and I wasn't aware until I checked my accounts and balances and even them to get it fully resolved 6-7 months after. Problem #4 The all the girls working are very gossipy and some judgmental. Lastly: Mind you I always wear my retainers, and only take them off to eat and brush, yet my teeth look crocked cause of the sloppy job."

"I first chose Marz Orthodontics because it was very convenient in proximity to where I work. I needed to make my appointments during my lunch hour and I was skeptical about how long appointments would take with any orthodontist. I normally waited about one to two minutes to get into each appointment and they had me out quickly, which was great! The initial consultation was free and they gave me a fair price. Their entire staff is friendly and professional and always answered any of my questions. Dr Marz explained how I was progressing and what he was going to do next. Whenever I broke a bracket they were great about replacing them (they do have a limit) and fit me in quickly for replacement if needed. I was able to make my next appointment before I left and always got a reminder text a day or two ahead. They were good to work with during the entire process and I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend you give them a try. I love my new smile and have renewed confidence and feel great!"
