"These people will lie to you to your face and then text you and call you for the rest of your life. My mom is a Spanish speaker, when making her appointment, the first thing that we said was “is there going to be someone that speaks Spanish on the staff available to translate?” the lady said yes and said that they will always have someone there for her. I explained to her that my mom needed that kind of assistance and that was the most important thing for us because I could not go with her due to work. Lady assured me that she will have someone to guide her. On the day of the appointment, I get a call from my mom while I'm at work saying that she doesn't understand what was going on or what they are telling her. She put me in contact with the assistant that was speaking to her and she said that they don't have anybody in there that could communicate with my mom and that they never assured me that they were. She even said that they were going to contact a translator on the phone, and they never did. And proceed to treat my mom with an attitude during the rest of the visit. Up to this day, we still don't know what they said to her on that visit because nobody bother to explain it to her. All that time was wasted."
