"Yubero is okay, but to be honest, he didn’t listen to what i said to him 90% of the time. He had his mind made up on what the issue was with my back after the first visit and 9 months later after my back problems didn’t improve, he didn’t listen to me at all when i said i needed something new. I ended up needing surgery and he never listened to me about it.. he’s nice, a fine option, but if you’re in real trouble, go to Dr. James Joseph instead. He helped me more in one visit than i got in 9 months with Yubero."

"Dr. Yubero listened to a podcast or audiobook on bone conduction headphones during my entire appointment. When I asked him if he was listening to something he said no, but I could clearly hear it the whole time he was in the room with me. I did not appreciate him multi tasking or being dishonest with me about it."

"Dr. Yubero did not respect my opinion/concerns as a patient. During my lastest visit he stated, "Justin I do not know what else to do for you." In response to this statement, I replied with a suggestion, "You could order some imaging on my shoulder." He immediately responded by yelling at me, (He was standing over me while I was sitting in a chair, which made things even worse.), he yelled, "I don't let my patients tell me what to do!" He proceeded to disregard my opinion/suggestion because I did not have my MD. In response to this, I stood up and was going to leave his office. We had some angry banter back and forth, and I tried to explain to him that I was not trying to tell him what to do, it was a suggestion. Even though I felt he was completely in the wrong for yelling at a patient the way he did. I was the one who wound up apologizing just to de-escalate the situation. Yubero proceeded to give me his medical suggestions and he did hand write out an order for imaging on my shoulder, (He did not send the imaging order to a facility like all the other dr. Appointments I have had with ogden clinic.) He also referred me to a different doctor that he knew wasn't covered under my insurance. (I know because he asked me what insurance I had and then proceeded to print out the referral.) I will not be going back to Dr. Yubero because of him yelling at me almost out of nowhere, him not apologizing to me at all, and him intentionally making things inconvenient for me outside of our appointment."
