"I'm incredibly upset by the service provided by the GI office here. I was seen on Friday at 8am for chronic stomach pain. While my test came back positive, they are unable to fill my prescription for OVER A WEEK because only one individual is able to "read the results." If this were the case, why would my test be scheduled on this day? Why is there no one else qualified to write a prescription?? I have to suffer for an additional week due to improper planning!"

"I had a very positive experience with Dr Kyle Elliason. His staff was very helpful and professional. I went in to have a colonoscopy and ended up having a pre cancerous polyp. I am so happy I went in for an early screening, had I waited to the recommended age it could have been much different."

"These Drs are atrocious! BEWARE! I had a J Tube placed and rushed back into surgery because I was hemorrhaging. I lost half my stomach and I can no longer eat. Now, I have tube that can cause a deadly infection and no way to remove it safely. Please, Don’t Go To these brothers."

"I feel like I was severely let down by this clinic. I started seeing Dr. Eric Eliason in April of 2020 after I was hospitalized for gall stones and issues with my liver and pancreas. It was determined that the issues seen with my liver and pancreas were caused by a passing gall stone and it was recommended I have my gallbladder removed. They were confident the abdominal pain I had been experiencing were gallbladder attacks. I had my gallbladder removed in May of 2020 but continued experiencing pain and digestive issues. I went back to see Dr. Eliason and he performed an upper endoscopy in June of 2020. They found damage in my esophagus from acid reflux and prescribed a PPI. When things didn't get better I went back and started seeing a PA working under Dr. Eliason, Spencer Davenport. For the next several months I continued seeing Spencer routinely with no real resolution. He's a nice man, but I often felt that he was more concerned with treating the symptoms with medication rather than trying to find the underlying cause. I was very honest during my visits that I was suffering and needed help finding a long-term resolution. I often had to wait extended periods of time for an appointment, usually 4-6 weeks, and when I did see him the visits felt rushed. I never met Spencer in person. Although I recognize the need for safety during the pandemic, I felt that he may have been able to better help me with an in office visit and examination but this was never offered. Finally, after a visit to the ER last month, Spencer ordered a hydrogen/methane breath test to test me for a bacterial overgrowth in my small intestine. It seemed like a good fit for my symptoms and history, but before I could get the test done I once again ended up in the ER for excruciating abdominal pain. After reviewing my medical history thoroughly and running several tests, I was diagnosed with an internal hernia and underwent surgery last Sunday, April 18th, to have it repaired. I'm recovering at home now and doing well. I can't pretend to understand how difficult it has been being a medical provider during a global pandemic, but I feel as if I fell through the cracks with this clinic. I have suffered endlessly for a year with extreme abdominal pain, indigestion, acid reflux, nausea, constipation and diarrhea. I've spent countless nights in the ER, missed work so I could lay in bed and cry, skipped spending time with my friends and family - I essentially put my life on hold due to the fear that the next bite of food I put into my mouth would debilitate me. An ER doctor who I had never before met was able to look at my medical history, run a few tests, and diagnose an issue in one night something that a specialist was unable to catch in one year. I'm angry, sad, and wish more than anything that I had been listened to and taken seriously by the providers at this clinic. I only hope that they will read this review and in the future, listen to their patients when they tell them something is wrong. Although I am happy this issue was eventually caught and fixed, I can't help but feel that it's something that should have been diagnosed months ago. It would have saved me a lot of suffering if only I had been listened to."
