"If you don't mind zero follow-up after surgery, waiting 5 days to refill an existing prescription or interacting with an administrating failure from an understaffed cooperation that just wants your money and doesn't care one iota about your pain, needs or care...... sign on. It's the absolute worst administrative cooperation I've ever encountered. They routinely send patients away who try to pick up prescriptions because they fill them in some central location and courier them to the outlying pharmacy and blame the patient for the worst policy a cooperation has dreamed up about medical care. I have worked in medicine and I know what needs to happen. This is the absolute worst company!!!!! They don't do the job and expect patients to accept such poor care and routinely leverage the burden onto patients to manage their care within a system that is completely broken."

"I went to this urgent care clinic today and I had a great experience. Everyone including the person at the check-in desk, the medical assistant, the doctor and the x-ray technician were very welcoming and kind. They were all very thorough and helpful. From the time I checked in until I left was less than an hour which is very reasonable for an urgent care clinic. I would highly recommend them."

"First time ever going here. Was told to go here “by a friend” to get something concerning looked at in my body. It has been 3 weeks and the Ultrasound specialists have yet to call me to schedule an appointment. So did the doctor “Jesse” at urgent care not do his job, or do they just not care? I was told I would be called to be scheduled 3 weeks ago, and you can’t get ahold of urgent care on the phone to ask what’s going on. Go pay for overpriced healthcare somewhere else. They also charged me $500 to remove “two” stitches……"

"I have been to urgent care 2 Saturdays in a row and Kelsie is absolutely horrible! She needs to be coached on customer interaction. For example: she says “give me your card for the copay” instead of “may I please have the card for your copay?” Or “would you like to pay your copay now or have us bill you?” She says “go sit down.” Instead of “please have a seat in the lobby.” Last week I was asking her to check my chart or ask the nurse to see if the are sending medicine that day or if they were waiting to send the medication. I explained if the medication was being sent after that day I needed it sent to the specific pharmacy near my house (I gave her the info). She wouldn’t even look and said “go ask the pharmacy.” I said “why do I need to ask the pharmacy to ask the nurse when you are right here and closer to the doctor and nurse.” She just snapped at me again and said “yeah you just need to ask the pharmacy. The other front desk gal stepped in and said “I can go ask.” She is very snappy with everything she says when she talks to people."
