"I went in two separate times trying to have Dr broadbent look at an issue I was having. Both times he never even looked at the area in question and prescribed me medication without looking ever. The treatment was working, but I still needed more time. He then said he needed me to come in for a check up to see if it was working. How was he even going to tell if he never looked in the first place. They just want more money. This doctor should be shut down for malpractice. Don’t waste your time or money. They are just pushing you in and out of their office like cattle. It’s disgusting. Update - After this review, they removed me as a patient and revoked my prescriptions for a lifelong issue I am dealing with. This place is horrible"

"I truly get that Doctors are often put in very awkward positions when talking to their newer patients, especially when it comes to sensitive topics. (So are we as Patients) However, it is important for every Doctor to be open and communicative in order to provide the best care possible,maybe even show a little empathy wouldn’t hurt? To me Dr. Broadbent could work on his short minded awkward personality..Doctor Broadbent could do this by simply asking more open-minded questions, (THIS NEVER HAPPENED WITH DR. BROADBENT) I feel he needs to take an extra course in truly listening carefully to his Patients issues/problems and use just a little more integrity, critical thinking & become more respectful of each patient’s needs & concerns..Maybe not be so judgmental, actually lend his “professional” ear & actually listen to his patients for more than 4 minutes? Maybe I just caught him at a bad time or maybe it was simply a religion issue IDK? I left his Practice like I just gave a deep confession & his Calloused, assembly line personality left me leaving depressed, worthless with slumped shoulders. -Tim"

"Sara Gadd was really nice and professional when I met her. She couldn’t exactly help me (I was there for an arm implant removal and unfortunately it moved deeper into my arm). She immediately got me an xray when she couldn’t feel it and then referred me to a surgeon pretty quickly. I liked her a lot and she was helpful, I didn’t expect to get a referral so soon. Would definitely recommend her as a provider."

He’s helped me with multiple issues that I’ve had and he always listens and takes my opinion into consideration. I don’t feel like he’s just treating the condition, I feel he’s definitely treating my overall health and concerns. His medical assistant and staff are amazing, professional, and fast.
