"This store is supposed to be open 24/7. I had a doordash to pick up at 2:00 a.m. and the store was locked. I could see my order on the counter, and all the lights are on. Update: the employee came outside the bathroom to unlock the door around 15 minutes after I arrived. He seemed very disoriented and didn’t acknowledge me until I asked about the order. I had to fill the soda myself which I’ve never done for a 7-11 order. I did not feel safe in that store alone."
