"Terrible Communicators!!!! We started the process a couple of months ago and have had very bad service. We went in to do some testing to see our options and the told us to come in a certain day. My wife went in the the Nurse was rude and said why are you in this early. Um excuse me? Because you told us to. Next we did all the testing and talked about options and we called and emailed to ask what we need to do to start what we chose and its just been crickets. No responses or calls. The only time we get call backs is when its about a bill. You would think when you are going to spend $30,000 you'd have exceptional service. Not here."

"This was our first experience seeing infertility providers and unfortunately it was not positive. While they were somewhat flexible with scheduling the follow up after testing was very poor. I had to consistently inquire about my own treatment and was left in the dark. I know that there are limited options for reproductive care in Davis county, but I would recommend finding a team who provides more guidance. This is an extremely emotional journey that I feel was made more difficult by the lack of follow through and guidance from RCC. We met with a doctor once by chance and once by request. Additionally, we received a bill over 1 year after our last appointment."

"Do not waste your time with them. Its always bill after bill ofter bill. Still getting them after over 1 year of visit. Nover got to see the doctor face to face. And no positive outcome. Hard to get ahold of anybody. Its always leave a voicemail. Ive even seen them ignore the calls when ive been to the office. Got a failed IUI and them was told that it wasn't even a doctor that performed the procedure, let alone a nurse. They said cause it would be cheaper that way. Not even consulting me about it. And they didnt even feel bad for me when i said the IUi had failed. I always had to call then to see what the next step would be cause basically they would forget about you. Please go somewhere els"

"I came to the Clearfield Reproductive Care Center to get help with a uterine septum. Becky, Nurse Practitioner, was absolutely amazing! She walked me through every step of the process and made sure to answer all my questions. I have never had a nurse as helpful, loving, or kind as her. I highly recommend!!"

"Can't say enough about this group. You won't get better care anywhere, I don't mean fertility care- in general you won't get better care. I've spent about 2 years with this awesome team getting hormones right to get started then jumping in to a few ivf cycles. I haven't hit my end goal yet but I'm close and really miss what became my fertility family during my obgyn visits now. Becky is so knowledgeable and supportive, the whole group is sincerely rooting for you. Responsiveness was NEVER an issue, they were organized and called out messaged back very promptly. Got me in very quickly surrounding my MCs. Nancy and Kate are also wonderful. Ashlyn is supper quick to respond. Just an attentive group You won't find better. I would suggest staying up with the billing department- it seems if they have turn over and they don't know your case it can be an expensive oversight on your wallet. You'll know you have a good rep in billing when they are working with you to maximize your insurance and giving you updates, this is more a medical industry issue vs clinic issue- you need to help the process."
