"Sydney Piercey And Jenna Rhoton is who my Dad saw for his Brain tumor. The service and care they provided was awful. My dad was admitted to the hospital through the ER and was assigned Dr. Piercey as his neurologist. We were very disappointed in her care. We were in the hospital for 3 days and didn’t Pierce one time until we were being discharged and was given no info as to what was happening. She would relay her notes to the nurse and have the nurse tell us what was going on (huge red flag). After being discharged (without any real answers) We were referred to come back to her office and be seen by her PA Jenna Rhoton. For the most part everything seemed to be okay-ish until we started to ask questions. She had no idea how to answer any of our questions on his brain tumor. She was like a deer in headlights. We scheduled a second MRI to compare his first MRI. with him being on a steroid for 4 weeks we planned to come back for a follow up and comparison of the two scans. The hope was to see the swelling go down. After waiting 4 weeks we were headed to the MRI when the office called and said something happened on the back end and we need reschedule. (Come to find out Piercey’s office was faxing all his paperwork to the wrong fax number and not to the insurance company) a total ball drop on their end. The soonest they could get my Dad back in for the MRI was 45 days out. They weren’t willing to work with us at all to try to get in sooner. Long story after 3 months of my dads first dr visit he passed away. we went to a different Doctor, Dr. Winters. Where he was able to diagnose him with glioblastoma. Dr Winters is amazing and knows exactly what’s he’s taking about. Although we were heartbroken about the diagnoses, he was very good to work with. He was able to get us in for an MRI the next day after finding out our story with Rhoton. My dad passed away before Rhoton would have even been able to get him in for the MRI. When your dealing with a Brain tumor time isn’t your friend. You have to work fast and efficiently."

"The 3 appointments I've had have been fine, and I've felt like the medical staff have sought to help me explore my sleep issues as an individual patient (rather than just another patient who needs to be treated based on statistical norms). From an administrative perspective, things didn't work out well, which I'm guessing was an anomaly since this seems like a good clinic in all other respects. I went in for an overnight sleep study in Oct 2022. After the appointment, I was told I would be contacted with the results in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, I called the Clinic and was told the results weren't ready, but they would contact me as soon as they are. I called again after 5 weeks and again after 7 weeks, and I was told the same thing each time. 4 months later I was still empty handed, so I started making concerted effort to get the Clinic's attention. The Clinic manager called me personally and listened to my concerns. I requested a full refund of the sleep study and they agreed to honor my request."

"I did my annual sleep apnea treatment review with Dr. Hammond by telehealth visit again this year. Dr. Hammond was very focused on me, knew my history and status, and asked the right questions to bring out my issues, some of which I might not have remembered to bring up. I am very satisfied with my treatment here. During the year, I have occasion to deal with his medical assistants and physician's assistant, all of which are way above average. I deal with other physicians at Ogden Clinic; their assistants are OK, but Dr. Hammond's group is outstanding."

"The experience with Dr. Hammond at Ogden Clinic was very comfortable and professional. I look forward to the outcome. It has been a long battle with epilepsy over the years. Hopefully we can beat it together. I also took an EEG with Heather and she was awesome too. I felt extremely comfortable through that process. The whole team there loves her. It was definitely comfortable all around which is the most important factor when considering returning to the same doctor/facility. I recommend this to any potential patients!"

"I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hammond and they got me in within the next week. He was very professional and asked me a couple of times if I could think of any other questions for him and I loved that! Doctors usually never ask you if you have any questions for them or they try to rush you out of the door but he didn’t! He actually took the time to listen to me and explain his thoughts to me and what steps to do next. His team was awesome as well from the moment I walked in to the moment I left."
